Lender relationships
Final loan terms — including interest rate, fees, eligibility, and approval — are determined solely by the partner lender. DhanLift makes no guarantee of approval or rate.
Liability
DhanLift's liability is limited to the platform fee, if any, charged directly to the user. We are not liable for lender decisions or third-party actions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
